Jaish operational chief Khalid killed by Indian army
Srinagar, October 9: (GNS) Jaish-e-Muhammad operational commander Khalid was Monday killed in a brief gunfight at Ladoora village of Baramulla district, official sources said.
Official sources told news agency GNS that Khalid was killed after he was trapped in a school following an attack on army convoy by militants at Ladoora today.
Sources said that Khalid had sustained bullet wounds earlier in firing exchange in his leg and as a result he couldn't flee from the area. After brief exchange of gunfire, Khalid was killed. He was a resident of Pakistan.
